Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email and/or text message with an invoice.  Please submit your payment information at least 24hrs prior to your appointment time.  If payment is not received, the appointment will be canceled. Once you book your appointment and submit your payment information, you will receive an email from us with pre-visit questionnaires and a link to join the video call.  

You may email ahead of booking for pricing and scheduling inquiries.  Dr. Edelstein is happy to accommodate evening and weekend appointments, however, please note there is a supplemental $15 fee for after-hour bookings.
